How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Ippo
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription renews to avoid being charged.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Then open Ippo and go to Settings → Restore Purchases, or tap Restore on the subscription screen.

How does the free trial work?

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. You won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends, and Ippo reminds you before it does.

How do I add the Lock Screen widget?

  1. Long-press your Lock Screen
  2. Tap Customize
  3. Tap the widget area
  4. Choose Ippo

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Do I need an account?

No. Ippo doesn’t require you to sign up.
